BARTENDER

Requirements include: 2 years' bartending experience; outgoing, friendly, good listener & accommodating; strong work ethic; ability to handle a high volume of customers; educated in beer, wine & liquor

SERVER

Requirements include: 1 years' serving experience; outgoing & friendly; ability to memorize menu items, communicate & listen well, remain calm & patient, be accommodating, concentrate on details & handle a high volume of customers

HOSTESS

Requirements include: a strong work ethic, outgoing & friendly; ability to remain calm/patient & handle a high volume of customers; ability to use POS & Open Table, proficiency with taking phone calls

BUSSER

Requirements include: a strong work ethic; outgoing & friendly; team player; ability to carry up to 25 pounds

LINE/FRY/SALAD/PREP COOK

Requirements include: 2 years’ experience; positive attitude; understanding of proper cooking & knife cutting techniques; ability to use a wood-fired oven; ServSafe certification preferred

PIZZA COOK

Requirements include: 2 years’ experience; positive attitude; understanding of proper cooking & knife cutting techniques; ability to use a wood-fired oven; ServSafe certification preferred

DISHWASHER

Requirements include: a strong work ethic; personable & outgoing; ability to handle a high work volume of work
